I wasn't always drawn to the lens. As a child I wanted to be an actress. An elective during my Drama degree took me to the other side of the camera and I was instantly hooked. Storytelling has always been my passion, and Film and Photography has given me the opportunity to creatively explore this. I care less about curating the perfect shot. For me, telling a story and capturing the emotion of a shoot in a non-obtrusive and relaxed way is my ultimate goal. I grew up on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, beaches and wildlife so I have a deep appreciation and connection to nature. I feel at home and most comfortable when I am shooting outdoors. My hobbies include reading and surfing with my children and husband.
